Our roots run deep on Vancouver Island
We are Jodi and Jilian, identical twins, born and raised in Port Alberni, Vancouver Island. As the founders of Twin Isle Tallow, our journey is deeply rooted in family, resilience, and care. Jodi is a proud mother of three daughters, and after the heartbreaking loss of her husband in 2014, Jilian has remained by her side, helping support, nurture, and raise the girls together. Through life's challenges, our bond has only grown stronger, weaving a powerful narrative of strength and companionship into the fabric of our brand.

As we've grown, so has our appreciation for simple, nourishing, and natural living. For over a year, Jilian has been using organic oils as part of her skincare routine, embracing their gentle and restorative benefits. Together, we felt inspired to take it one step further by incorporating tallow, creating a product that is deeply moisturizing, nutrient-rich, and rooted in traditional care.
